Domaine Rollin Pere & Fils Bourgogne Aligoté, 2018 rioja excellent on ice cream50+ year old vines impart density and body not usually found in Aligot. This is a fantastic example of how select vineyards, microclimates (and actually, climate change) can give vibrant life to a sometimes overlooked grape.
