It is a slow cold infusion in a white wine WITHOUT ADDED SULPHITES , with saffron pistils and gentian extract inside ( Gentian root left inside the bottle). Ingredients: infusion of gentian roots in 80% white wine without added sulphites, alcohol, sugar, gentian root and saffron 19% Vol.
